For the first recipe, you’ll start with 10 cups of red wine, then add 5 cups of pineapple juice. Then add 2 cups of sugar and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Thinly slice two oranges and add in as well. Next, add in 3 cinnamon sticks, 10 cloves, 10 black peppercorns, and 2 fresh 1-inch ginger slices. Turn the heat to high, cover, and warm for 30-60 minutes, until steaming. Once steaming, reduce the heat setting to warm. Once done, serve into mugs. Try adding orange wheels for garnish. Delicious!

Turn the heat setting to high, cover, and warm for 30-60 minutes, until steaming. Once steaming, reduce the heat setting to warm. Then you’ll add in 8 oz peppermint schnapps and whisk again to combine and to ensure the sugar and cocoa powder are fully dissolved. Add in 16 large marshmallows. Serve in mugs and add whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies on top. Yum, yum!
