For the first recipe, you’ll start with 10 cups of red wine, then add 5 cups of pineapple juice. Then add 2 cups of sugar and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Thinly slice two oranges and add in as well. Next, add in 3 cinnamon sticks, 10 cloves, 10 black peppercorns, and 2 fresh 1-inch ginger slices. Turn the heat to high, cover, and warm for 30-60 minutes, until steaming. Once steaming, reduce the heat setting to warm. Once done, serve into mugs. Try adding orange wheels for garnish. Delicious!
Spiked Hot Chocolate
Add 3 cups sugar and 1 ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder to a slow cooker and whisk to combine. Pour in 14 cups of whole milk and whisk into the mixture. Turn the heat setting to high, cover, and warm for 30-60 minutes, until steaming. Once steaming, reduce the heat setting to warm. Then you’ll add in 8 oz peppermint schnapps and whisk again to combine and to ensure the sugar and cocoa powder are fully dissolved. Add in 16 large marshmallows. Serve in mugs and add whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies on top. Yum, yum!
Start with 14 cups of water, ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice, ⅔ cup honey, and 5 star anises. Stir to combine. Turn the heat to high, cover, and warm until the water begins to steam, about 30 minutes. Add 10 black tea bags and let steep for about 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags and reduce the heat setting to warm. Thinly slice 2 lemons and add in with 8 fl oz whiskey, stirring again to combine. When served, garnish with lemon wedges. Warm and tasty!
Spiked Apple Cider
For this, you’ll need to add 14 cups of apple cider to the slow cooker. Then add 4 cinnamon sticks and 10 whole allspice berries. Turn the heat setting to high, cover, and warm for 30-60 minutes, or until steaming. Once steaming, reduce the heat setting to warm. Next, you’ll add 3 cored apples (cored and cubed), and stir in. Serve and garnish with cinnamon sticks. Mm-mmm!
