We provide quality rental items for corporate events, home parties, weddings and more. Many of our event rental specialists have been with us for over ten years, each with varied backgrounds from catering to event planning and beyond who are eager to help make your next event one to remember. Memorable events don’t just happen but planning your upcoming event will be a breeze if you remember these three things when you contact The Party Place for your party rentals:
- Our busiest period is from June through October and during the holiday season. It is recommended to call at least six months in advance for the best availability during the busy season. You are welcome to place your reservation as far in advance as you like. A 25% refundable down payment is required to reserve your rental choices. To reserve a tent, a 25% non-refundable reservation fee is required.
- Rental fees are assessed on a per event basis. All rental charges are for time out, whether or not they are used. No credits are given for unused rental items and responsibility for the rented items remains with the client from the time of possession to the time of return.
- When set-up is requested we require either the client or a representative of the client to be on site at the time of delivery to ensure proper placement. We also require a site diagram prior to the delivery date in order to ensure expectations are met within the established timeline. All arrangements for set-up or take-down services must be paid for and arranged for in advance of arrival.
